C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) is an excellent marker for low-level of inflammation from plaque build up in the arteries. Vitamin D levels may increase inflammation and potentially impact heart health.

The Inflammation and Vitamin D test requires just a few drops of blood using a finger prick. It’s a good starting point to check low levels of inflammation, which appear with age, weight gain, and known heart related conditions as well as low Vitamin D levels.
